Our owner or one of our managers oversee every phase of the construction and provide you with all necessary updates and communication. 1. Pre Excavation:
1.01 Develop complete construction plan, to be approved by owner.
1.02 Lay out pool in yard, for owner approval.
1.03 Secure any necessary construction permits.
1.04 Review equipment location, access, and stock pile location.
2. Excavations:
2.01 Access yard through approved access.
2.02 Expert excavation, backfilling, grading, and excess dirt removal.
2.03 Control water as needed (additional charges may apply).
2.04 Grade access area upon departure.
3. Walls:
3.01 Place level steel walls and braces to shape pool.
3.02 Install concrete foundation to secure walls and braces for the lifetime of the pool.
3.03 Provide for all skimmers, lights, and any additional features.
3.04 Install Acrylic pool step
3.05 Install 6' - 8' Sun ledge for comfort and safety
3.06 Provide for step panel.
4. Plumbing:
4.01 Plumb all skimmers on independent 2” line with valve.
4.02 Plumb dual main drains on independent 2” line with valve.
4.03 Plumb returns to insure no dead spots in pool.
4.04 Install light niches per plan.
4.05 Install step massage therapy jet in step.
4.06 Plumb for Polaris 380 cleaning system.
4.07 Install all specified equipment.
5. Equipment:
5.01 1-1.5 h.p. Hayward Superpump.
5.02 Pool filter 48 sq. ft. Hayward Progrid D.E. filter with full flow 2” valve.
5.03 Jandy never lube 2” X 2 ½” three way valves.
5.04 125,000 BTU Heat pump.
5.05 One 500-watt pool light
5.06 Polaris 380 cleaning system.
5.07 Aquapure chlorine generator.
5.08 All maintenance equipment.
6. Electrical:
6.01 Install pool-grounding wires.
6.02 Wire all equipment and install g.f.c.i. within 100’ to main source.
6.03 Wire intermatic control system.
6.04 Install convenience light switch at equipment location.
7. Pool Interior:
7.01 Use only dry mixed Vercon floor material.
7.02 Trowel smooth Vercon walls and floor.
7.03 All walls and floor to be 2" to 4" thick.
8. Liner:
8.01 Install 20 – 28 Mill Virgin vinyl liner.
8.02 Install aluminum tracking to accept liner.
8.03 Install 1/8” Wall foam on pool walls.
8.04 Safety rope and float system including safety signs.
9. Decking:
9.01 Install all concrete and steps per plan.
9.02 Provide sleeves in deck for added protection against settling.
9.03 Provide all necessary drains for decking if needed.
10. Start up:
10.01 Clean construction site.
10.02 Turn on and check operation of all equipment.
10.03 Instruct owner on proper operation of entire system.
